Representing Royal High School at the Regional UIL Academics Congress Debate were senior Gabriel Velasquez and juniors Elyssa Pruner and Natalie Dominguez. For the second year in a row, Elyssa has advanced to State, finishing first in this year’s competition! Gabriel will proudly serve as the first alternate at State.
